The staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout my visit, and the breakfast was excellent – with a good variety and fresh options. The room and bathroom were both modern, clean, and comfortable.

Rooms are great, all new and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Room acoustic seemed to be really good. Rooms were warm. There were bathtubs in the bathrooms. Staff was nice. The hotel is in a nice location, a 20 minute walk from the old town in Graz and 10 minute tram ride. Breakfast was really good, though there could be more options of cakes, bread, fruits and juices considering the price per person (15 euros). The hotel has a huge lounge on the ground floor with tables and chairs which is very comfortable. Our dog was welcome to the hotel. We were welcomed with a bottle of mineral water and instant coffee and tea bags in the rooms. Parking is private, but it's next to the hotel, so it's very practical.

The room was simple, but there was everything we needed. The breakfast was very good and there were a lot of choices. The staff was very nice and helpful for our necessities.

Close to the city center, 2 tram lines are 2 minutes walk from the hotel. With those you can reach the main square in 10 minutes. The hotel room is really nice and clean, comfortable bed, modern facilities. The hotel is at the corner of two main roads, but it wasn't noisy.

Location is close to the center even by foot, good breakfast, rooms are ok and clean, you can be lucky to get a Parking spot in the hotel back yard and if not, there are a lot of free spots outside or payed garages choice near the hotel. Reception is working 24h.

Room was large & comfortable, however lighting needs to be improved. Breakfast & restaurant staff were excellent. Good selection. Location good with tram stop close or just a 10-15 walk to Old Town.

The property was great for a one-week stay. The room was very big. Breakfast was ok and rich. The staff from reception was great and wonderful. A great customer experience.

Breakfast is great as always, the guy that served breakfast was very friendly and helpful. Bathtube in a bathroom is also a good thing after a long trip.

The staff were friendly and helpful, including securing us the last and recently freed spot in the car park, which we really valued at the time. We also enjoyed the tasty and plentiful Austrian breakfast. I would definitely book again, if visiting.
